The Lemon Tree Posted March 17, 2004 Report Share Posted March 17, 2004 Making Music Work an introduction to the music industry Making Music Work an introduction to the music industry is an established and successful short course from City University London. The course is directed at aspiring musicians,promoters, managers, technicians, and those wishing to work within the sector. In partnership with The Lemon Tree, it is intended to deliver the course in Aberdeen to 20 young people over two weekends (Saturday 17th/Sunday 18th April and Saturday 22nd/Sunday 23rd May) with a study gap in between. There will be a course Tutor and up to 8 guest speakers who are leading figures in the music industry. There will be an informal interview for potential applicants.Making Music Work and the Development bursaries have been funded by Scottish Enterprise Grampian (logo) as part of its ongoing contribution to music business development in the North-east.
