We are new students at Aberdeen University, and are interested in forming some sort of musical collective.We put an advert up in 1 Up Records, but also thought it would be good to put something here.Instead of giving a long essay about long walks on the beach - basically, we listen to a lot of the following:Rachel'sM83Rites Of SpringExplosions In The SkySlintThe Dismemberment PlanThose were the artists listed in the advert. We are tying to mix post hardcore with post rock - i mean, as much as we hate using genres, especially the cliched ones, it does make it easier.We'll keep you informed. Yar.
