  1. Hey guys, Im back with more new music from my solo project. This one is called Devil`s Courtyard, its a heavy-thrash metal instrumental track.
Was actually inspired to write this one by video games, basically wanted to make music that would be a good background to smashing some zombie skulls or just shooting pixelated enemies.

Have a listen and let me know what you think!

You can listen (or re-listen) to all of the tracks from my solo project here:

  2. Hey everyone, Im back with more music for you. This time its a cover of Time Is Running Out by Muse I did with a friend. We have the original song as foundation and took the cover in a different, much heavier direction. I see it kind of as "when alt rock meets heavy metal".

I did the instrumental arrangements for this one, my friend did the vocals.

I wrote 2 guitar solos for this, one of them is fairly shreddy, and tried to explore a bit into alt-rock leads here.

Have a listen and let me know what you think!

  3. Hey everyone! Im back with some more music, this time on the rock-side. Its an all-guitar rewrite I made to the jazz classic Lily Was Here. I wanted to avoid making "just another cover", but still stay in the amazing atmosphere of the original composition. And this before you is the result. Have a listen!

If you like the style feel free to have a listen to my originals, and perhaps subscribe if you dig the music (I got much more fun music on the way).

  4. Hey everyone! Im back with a third batch of metal solos to not so metal songs. As always I have 3 new solos for you, this time I have 2 "bonus" solos aswell (that just dont fit the concept but are worthy of mentioning). The idea is that I just write my own solos for songs that either dont have a solo\have a boring (IMO) solo but I still like and want to jam on those songs.

No Doubt - Dont Speak -

    The Cranberries - Zombie -

The White Stripes - Seven Nation Army -

Have a listen, let me know what you think and subscribe\follow me on FB or Twitter if you dig the stuff!

If you dig the concept check out all the new solos I wrote at this playlist:

  5. Hey everyone, Im back with some new metal for you! Its something I started (well, continued if to be exact) working on right after Apocalyptic Visions.
Its a metal instrumental in arabian style, with some heavy, prog and thrash metal influences.

Have a listen, let me know what you think, and if you dig the music - please share it with someone!

    Have an awesome weekend people!

  6. Dont worry about that, there are plenty musicians, but I think it needs a bit of persuedeing sometimes to get others on board, you have to offer them something, maybe like playing music they are familiar with too, Sometimes you can get in the right place at the right time and connect with the right collaborators, Sometimes they take a bit of searching out.

So thats great news about Apocalyptic Visions, at least you're getting some material out there. Well done.

    :)

Actually just today I had a jam, not metal but it still was pretty fun (and might even lead to live performing).

And btw Im pretty close to start recording solo piece #4 :D

  7. Yeah, I didn't understand the drumming either. It's very poorly timed. Everything else sounds good.

But as with most things, needs more guitar harmonies.

I tried a bit too hard to make the drums "progressive" and not just the same beat all of the time, didnt work out as I hoped and the drum sounds themselves dont help the situation very much.

As for guitar harmonies, I dont like to overuse them. I think they lose their effect when they are overused.

Sounds pretty good, Maybe you could recruit some band members to collab/jam with a view to gigging? I think that the input of other players can really help to expand the dynamics of ones tunes.

Hook-up with a good drummer and bassist and get out there playing :)

Thats pretty much what Im trying to do but Im having trouble finding musicians for this kind of music.

  8. Hey everyone, you might remember me from my guitar videos I post here from time to time, and today Im back with what I consider to be "the real deal" -

an instrumental written & recorded entirely by me. Its called "Apocalyptic Visions" its heavy, melodic and its inspired by the end of the world theme

    and old school heavy metal.

So give it a listen, and if you enjoyed it - please share it with someone as I dont have an army of fans to help me get my music across

  11. Hey everyone, "new solo guy" is back. While Im working my ass off on my next recording (because the damn thing STILL dont sound good enough!!) I wanted to share with you this recording of mine - a hard rock cover of the classic You Can Leave Your Hat On.

We worked on the song together as a band for less then an hour and went playing it live and everyone just nailed it. As for me 99% of my solo licks were improvised, but if we ever play it again - Im learning those licks I played there :D
