The next raw event is this saturday @ Liquid, we have nearly sold out of tickets at elementz but may add more tomorrow to meet demand.

Tickets 5 in elementz or 6 on the door. Also we are giving away lost prophets goodies including signed things.

Unfortunately the plight have cancelled their tour due to their bass player walking out. Instead of cancelling the gig we have kept the support bands on and added autumn in disguise to the bill.

Should be an amazing way to kick off your saturday night!

Could do with a decent night out on a Wednesday. Wednesday ends in a Y so I have to go out anyway...

I'd head along. As long as drinks are cheap and the musics decent, this could be a good laugh. If enough people were to go along, would it be in both rooms? The more successful rock orientated nights I've been to use 2 rooms, one for heavier and one for lighter music. The problem with "rock" is that it's such a huge genre, you can get metrostation fans and cryptopsy fans having to listen to each others music on rock nights in order to accommodate everyone. Obviously this would only be possible if there was enough people, but just a thought.

Also, another chance for bands to showcase themselves can only really be a good thing.

We have still to work out the finer details, but bringing in a crowd is something i would be hellbent on doing. But can i just say that your points are actually amazing and i wish more people would see how difficult it is to class what is rock these days.

we are thinking doing bands and then having a club night after it

say like bands 8pm to 11pm

and then club 11pm to 2am

Was just putting the feelers out to see if anyone would go to a rock night on a wednesday? i know its a popular night with students but iam not sure how many are into rock music.

iam working on getting the computers up here, they book through the agency group who i find are a pain in the ass. Its still going to be an amazing show.

That i just pretty much moan on this. So i would like to say sorry for moaning and to make it upto you all iam going to have a party in the tunnels and your all invited.

All these under-agers are in OUR night clubs living it up and enjoying themselves and yet, when I try to go to an under 18s club night I'm the one who's treated like a criminal!

And just before anyone goes you went to a club when you were underage, the first time i honestly went to a club was when i was 18.

Besides this isnt my point. It is beyond a joke how many clubs are letting people under the age of 18 in. Are the bouncers fucking retarded?

Last month i was in a club (not saying which one) and counted at least 30 people who are under 18. And i know this because i run the under 18's rock night in aberdeen.

You might not care or think this is petty, but when your club gets stripped of its license and you have nowhere to go then how will you feel?

The police are cracking down hard this year, so lets all try and keep it above board yeah? i think some people know who iam talking about.
