Aig vans AIG vans are unreliable. whenever I've been to a festival in Scotland there is always an AIG van broken down. They do not seem to offer any breakdown cover and the vans are falling apart. I've driven one and the turbo was bust on it so it didn't go over 30mph up a hill or over 50 on the motorway. I actually met a guy who sold them it 4 years ago and he said it was like that when he sold it! I've been in ones where the doors don't lock so your stuff is insecure, others that haven't started... I would say, if your tour is long enough to make it worth while, make the trip to London and get a Tiger Tours van - they are actually cheaper per day for the quality of van you get. Or, hire a Tour Manager who comes with a van.
