Thought I'd got this sold but buyer didn't come through. Found out a bit more about it. Bad finish job behind the unoriginal tuners where someone has replaced them and tried to refinish it, can still see the serial number behind the poor finish. Glue marks around the top and behind the neck and bridge. Action is nice, warm sound. Arched mahogany back, solid spruce top. In essence this has been restored but not that well cosmetically. 1979 serial number. Offers.. USA, westerly made

To be fair to you lads, just Japanese ones and cheapo ones. Usually the stock pups are rubbish in the ones your talking about but life's all about opinion and I respect yours

Yup very thorough, your right the jv ones are the best ones not the sq. I had the same type as u at one time, 1984-87 e series. Lovely guitars. Tbh the Japanese made great examples all round

All pedals boxed and as new apart from the fuzz pedal is quite chipped and the plastic part over the battery on the wah pedal is missing and its taped up. All pedals work perfectly.

Build quality, parts used depending on year are fantastic quality. Japanese ones are very good, particularly the sq series. My one is silver series and is nice. Do a search on internet and check info out
