I've just ordered 2 6L6gc tubes for a tweed amp, but don't feel up for mucking about with the high voltage to bias it myself. Anyone recommend a local amp tech?

We're looking for a drummer and bass player for local blues band. We play a variety of up beat Chicago blues classics. Practice is once weekly, and gigs once or twice a month. As far as drumming goes, we're looking for someone who can play a loose jazzyish style so pm if you're interested.

We're a new blues band who have been jamming for about a year. Got a set together and demo, but now looking for lead vocals. Set includes numbers by Willie Dixon, Sonny Boy Williamson, T Bone Walker, Howlin' Wolf, Little Feat, Paul Lamb, Tom Waits among others. We'd also like to recruit keys and blues harp if theres anyone out there who fancies playing in a five or six piece...7 piece if you include the sax player we'd like to find...We'd really like to fill the sound out.

Hi. Are you up for a jam this coming Tuesday at Uncle Tom's. We're trying to get a blues band together and need a Bass player (and a vocalist if you know anyone). We just want to jam at the mo so no commitment necessary.
