Still got it?

Are there tickets on the door for this?
-
Gigs in Scotland are reporting that this has been rescheduled for 23rd July.
-
Aye it was. Hallam had the crowd in the palm of his hand.
-
New Copy Haho songs are very good.
I though so too
-
Any idea of stage times?
-
Great news - They were ace at the Lemon Tree last year!
-
Worst price:
Siberia - 2.90 for a pint of fosters. Pretty rough.
You can pay 3.20 for that in the Ferryhill!

I always think drummonds could be done with a complete renovation. The removal of the horseshoe was a step in the right direction but it's still not a great venue in terms of shape. If you look at other venues dotted around the country, one thing I like is places split into bar/stage rooms. I.e you can enter the premises without paying for the gig, have a drink in the bar, then decide if you want to see the gig going on in the back room. How many people open the doors to drummonds, have a look at the price, weigh it up against the music coming from the back and just shut the door and walk away? Loads that's how many.
If I owned the place and had the money, I'd split the place in two. Maybe extend the 'balcony' and close off the top floor or even box in the stage by putting Walls between the pillars. I just think it'd generate more customers full stop, whether they're there for the music or not. Sometimes it's nice to get away from the stage and not have to leave a venue altogether. Anyway, what was this thread about? Sound was fine last night, great in fact. Can't comment on promotion.
I think that's a brilliant idea.

My last.fm most played albums are:
British Sea Power - The Decline Of...
Silversun Pickups - Swoon
GoodBooks - Control
British Sea Power - Do You Like Rock Music?
The Go! Team - Thunder, Lightning, Strike
This is only representative of the last three years though so it's biased towards new albums. Overall, I reckon I Should Coco by Supergrass would be at the top if last.fm had been around all my life.

I always thought Capdown were rubbish live (or maybe it was just all their later material that was rubbish) lucky for them they always had good tour supports to get me back
Don't agree - I managed to see Capdown live 6 times and they were always great.
Wind Up Toys was a rubbish album though.

Billy collapsed on stage last night.

I've seen Placebo twice, and both times they were shit.
-
I'm confused - Are they playing on Friday 15th or Tuesday 12th? I'm guessing the former as Delays are there on the Tuesday.

That'll be a fiver booking for each ticket you purchased
Cheaper than See!
-

Awesome!

British Sea Power supporting makes this a good bit more attractive.
Is that for definite? I can only see them supporting on the Glasgow date.
If so, that's an amazing line-up

Most Divine Comedy and Hatcham Social songs make me happy.
-
I am, mainly because British Sea Power are playing.

There should be a new British Sea Power album out this year. Can't wait!
-
Bah - I'm not in the country then!

Excellent gig tonight. Good tunes and good sound. Ears are still buzzing.
As an aside - never seen the LED lights in The Tunnels before - makes a lot of difference. Kudos to whoever put them up
