Cavern usually has a lot of Smiths/Morrisey stuff. There's a record fair at Drummonds every month(?) as well which usually has some.

There's also North East Records (where Zavvi used to be on Union St.), their stock seems to change quite a bit but there's a good chance of finding some Morrissey/Smiths there.

Failing that HMV get a lot of new stock in (it would mostly be reissues though). If you've got the time you can trawl the charity shops in town too, most have a crate of records to dig through.

HMV have a full vinyl section upstairs now. It seems to fly off the shelves when they get new stock in. Seems to be a mixture of stock classics (AC/DC, Rolling Stones, Beatles etc.) and new releases.
