    The housing situation in Aberdeen isn't down to foreigners coming here. It's mostly down to house builders preferring to build executive flats and the buy to let market.

    Everything you said just sounds like it's out the mouths of racist bigots like the BNP or the shit stirring bile machines that are the Murdoch press. None of it is based on reality, merely an over-simplified version of events that fits whatever vile little stereotype you're seeing in your own head.

    Chris...are you not reading properly? Its all based on reality...ALL of it...

    I know of 2 people who have come here an worked for 15 weeks fell pregnant, claimed SNP then went home...FACT...we KNOW these people...

    My work mate houses others untill they get there NI numbers through to apply for housing...reason for housing...overcrowding...they are at her house max of 3 weeks...FACT...

    My sister in law runs a employment agency...they have people quittin all the time to go on benefits...FACT...

    I am not going by what other people say etc...i am going by what i am seeing with my own eyes...

    Bearing in mind we are friends with an socialise with the Polish...we hear all the tricks of the trade...

    My thoughts aint always been like this...infact this time 2 years ago i fought their case but gradually as i see more an more my minds has changed...an i guess the same is happening to other people...i dont think writing things like 'POLISH SCUM GO HOME' on bus stops is right tho...at all...

    I dont read or watch any of the above...

    I see it with my own eyes...when you live in a street full of non-working/pregnant foreigners you might see it too...

    I know they are playing the system...our polish mates are playing the system...its getting investigated internally by the goverment right now (that last statement was out the papers)...i have also written a letter to our local MP...

    Do you actually know whats happened to Aberdeen Housing the past 3 years? Its gone into complete melt down...ie there are NO houses...

    If you think what i am saying is racist then fair enough...all im speakin is the truth...

    Erm, I'm not trying to stir, but do you mean you and your husband are leaving the country? For a better life? Much like, dare I say it, the Poles you mention?...

    Yes we are leaving the country in the near future...for a better life yes...but not to get a free house an live of benefits in another country...

    This is why i stated this is the governments fault not the polaks...

    Over the weekend i noticed sprayed across the front of a bus stop 'POLISH SCUM GO HOME'

    Now thats racist!!!

    Please note...i have no probelms with people cuming over an working and making a better life for themselves...its when they start to play the system thats wrong an the government letting them do it...

    Also, i would like to mention somethin else...

    Can you remember a wee polish boy got attacked an it was all over the papers saying that Aberdonians were racist?

    No-one heard anything about a Polish guy slashin a Aberdonian right across his forehead an holding his blonde at knifepoint?...the police told the victim he couldnt say to the papers it was a polish person who did it because thats racist...FUCK OFF!!!!

    I know about all these things going on as we are quite freindly with a few polaks that live on our street an we know exactly happening...

    ALSO...my sister in law used to employ a Polish translater which lasted 5 mins untill he came in a said he wasnt workin anymore coz he did better on benefits...

    I think situations similer to this are stemming the 'POLISH SCUM GO HOME' comments...

    After Saturday night most of the DIY gigs have been cancelled...

    Il email everyone once im at home an have the diary infront of me...

    This is due to the amount of damage caused at last Saturdays gig...smashed glasses, smashed lights and at one point the front man chinned someone that was body surfing which is also illegal...

    I have been led to belive that a majority of the people were on there best behaviour but for those that were not they have wrecked it for everyone else...Saturday was make or break time to see if Celler 35 was going to make it a more permanent thing...

    All the normal Celler 35 -Merkin Music nights will be going ahead as normal...

    There are over 40,000 Australians in London, nobody bats an eyelid

    The reason i am speaking about the Polish is because me an my husband are almost the only 2 natives in our street...

    An i dont care about London...i live in Aberdeen...

    I am not rasict an i am not blaming the poles or any other foreigner this is the governments fault an they have let us down...hence the reason we cant wait to get the fuck out of here...

    What he's sayin is true but i dont think its racist...

    There are huge amounts of foreigners in our country an we are getting treated as second class citizens...its rubbish...

    They are cuming here and bunking in there mates flats/houses untill they have national insurance numbers etc then they are putting there names down for houses an getting housed before other local people who need it as its classed as overcrowding...

    Then you have the ones that come over an work p/t for a bit then stop working an claim benifits as they do better that way...or the ones that come over work for 15 weeks then fall pregnant an claim SMP, then go home....the money they get equals a polish detectives monthly wage...

    Because these people are part of the EU...whats happening aint wrong...I dont think what i have said is racist an i definatly aint a racist...

    Bit of a rant...but its one of the reasons the housing has gone into melt down...

    I seen that post an its deffo helped...think il go for the AKG perception 200 but for now im looking for something in the short run...im itchin to get to it but im brassic...

    Not to clued up n the tech side of this but has anyone got a condensor mic that they would be interested in selling? Its to record onto the laptop using cubase. I will be buying a new one shortly but i want one to do some recording now!

    A half decent one?
