    The Colour are a psychodellic kinda band they do some doors stuff and they have an organ player. Not heavy at all but a talented band. Samurai Fury are rock n' roll with elements of metel and punk, lots of crazy guitar solos and screaming vocals. Dont know much about Uncut Diamond, apart from their name.

    The night is going from soft to heavy which is a cool idea cos theres nothing worse than a gig that has no kind of order. Plus by the time Samurai Fury and Weeping Jesus come on all the moshers will be pissed! Great! :cheers:

    The SAMURAI FURY / WEEPING JESUS gig at kef on friday 17th june has been re-scheduled for thursday 30th june. The two support acts pulled out at the last minute and unable to replace them the gig couldn't go ahead. All tickets bought for the 17th WILL be valid on the 30th.     EMG's all the way!

    I use 2 emg 81's on a Dean ML '79. They have got to be the most hi-gain pickups ever. My amp is a marshall TSL60 head and even at very low volumes eg. less than 1, it sounds hevier than most amps fully cranked. To compare them to other high output pickups, my washburn nuno has the neck pickup from my dean and a dimarzio X2N in the bridge and even the X2N sounds thin and a bit pants at low volumes. I'm sure the X2N is dimarzio's most high output pickup. Plus EMG'S are used by metallica, slayer, zack wylde and basiclly every other metal band worth listening to. THEY ROCK! :rockon:

    I am selling a jackson PS2 guitar and hard case. The guitar is a superstrat shape with tranlucent red paint and black hardware. The features of this guitar are:

    * 2 Jackson J135 single coils, and 1 Jackson J50 humbucker, giving a wide range of sound combinations, very versatile for all music types from Hard Rock to Easy listening.

    * Floyd Rose licensed double locking trem system.

    * Jackson non-locking tuning keys.

    * Locking nut

    It's on e-bay till 8:30 on thursday 26th may but i will retract it for a good offer.

    RRP on the guitar was 349 the case was 65 new but i'll sell it all to you for 250. :band:

    The amp has 2 clean channels: clean/crunch and 2 distortion channels: gain/ultra gain. The clean and distorted channels have master gain and volume controls. There is master presence, treble, middle and bass controls too. This amp sounds awsome at any setting and suits basically any playing style.
