  1. Anyone know if a landlord can legally with-hold your deposit for unpaid council tax??? need some help with this one basically what it is...my landlady has told me upon termination of my lease i am due 200 council tax. My bill from the council came last month and stated i had to pay 194 in tax for the previous tax year and my payments for this year were 51 per month all of this has been paid and she has stated that i would be liable for a shortfall in council tax payments if i were to move out this month.

    Any help/suggestions?

  2. Hi guys just wondering if anyone knew of any venues/companies looking for any sound engineers? Im 23 years old and have completed my Bsc (Hons) audio technology and am currently looking for work. I have lots of experience working with bands both live and within the studio.

I am currently working freelance for a few companies in Glasgow where i engineer events such as weddings, functions, live band nights, ceilidhs etc.

I have vast amounts of experience working with sequencing software such as pro tools, logic and cubase as well.

Any help would be much appreciated

    Thanks

  3. cheers for the advice i might just try shift the case and the cab seperate!! bit of a pain its a bit snug hahaha !!! anywhooo i'll probs hold onto it for a bit longer maybe whack it up in a few music shops down here in glasgow hopefully someone wants it lol

  4. the flightcase adds bout a half inch to the cab not much the back is fully detachable (the bit with the wheels) the cab does have wheels and a handle, but gigging with an unflightcased cab just leaves it open to damage as i say its a well looked after cab and im really gutted to be letting it go but needs must and such

  5. basically every year all the hmv's have the chance to enter a 5 a side team into their charity 5's tournament and ask each team competing to aquire as much sponsor money as possible in aid of the clic sargent charity which help raise money for kids with cancer and their families. Clic Sargent is hmv's chosen charity which they hold numerous fundraising events over the course of the year. I will be competing for HMV silverburn in the Glasgow heat of the tournament and hopefully raise as much money as possible and maybe even progress to the national finals of the tournament which is being held in Birmingham, the local heats being held in glasgow on the 28th of March at Goals in Shawlands.

Any pennies will do lol as little or as much as the kind people of aberdeen to glasgow and further afield can part with for a good cause.
