Thanks for the reply.

The Band are using Peavey amps the 'xxx head' and the '5150 head' along with a 'hartke bass head' i can find little info on the bass head but after looking at the peavey website and downloading the specific manuals sadly no mention to such a switch has been made.

Am organising some shows for a US band 'The 9th Plague' and have just been informed by the band that they have yet to sort out transformers for their amps over here.

I just wondered if anyone had any experience of using US amps over here and which transformers/power converters to use?
