Guest b-bert
Have you used it on a pc previously, it could be formatted for a pc. You can reformat it through itunes.
rondon
it does work with panther, if not you are doing something wrongThe newest iPod Classic doesn't work with Panther, the minimum requirement is OSX 10.4.8 (Tiger), I've done my research (After buying the iPod). it tells you to ugrade your operating system to be able to use it.Cheers Bert, but no it hasn't been plugged into a PC, think I should buy one though and smash up the Mac.Cheers, Ron. If you get tiger let us know how it goes i'm thinking of upgrading.
