Alrighty,

Radio Skool is back again for more ear to brain stimulation and education with your audiotainment kings Dee J A'La Fu and quidProquo. Also giving you visual bliss with abstract, yet on the wall visuals shall be Particle Workshop.

Special Guests this month are Natty with DMC finalist DJ Blood1.

Here's some info for the unknowing:

Natty is no stranger to any kind of scene or to any kind of skill when it comes to music

Having started his career at the tender age of 11, looping samples on a tape deck to make instrumentals to rap over, back in the wilderness of Kent, Natty has firmly established himself as one to watch.

Having worked with some of the biggest names in the Music Industry and performed on some of the worlds largest stages Natty knows a thing or two about the finer things in music.

Natty has been busy for a few years he released his first solo album About Time - back in March 2004, Previously releasing tracks alongside his rap partner Dwella dropping classics such as War and Industry Nerds he has performed up and down the country with band The True Ingredients and he is set to go on tour with Braund Reynolds(Virgin Emi) into the New Year. Whilst also continuing to run label Defcon, write for Big Smoke Magazine and hold music workshop schemes for kids across the country.

As a teen - Natty started out performing at local parties and sneaking into open-mic jams - since then he has found himself immersed in the Hip-Hop Scene. Appearing alongside artists such as Blade, Roots Manuva, Skitz, Black Twang, Big Daddy Kane, Skinny Man, Jazzie B, Ugly Duckling and a whole heap of others .

At 22 Natty set up Defcon Records with business partner and friend, Dwella. Signing artists such as Dark Circle, Mr Thing, Manage and Blood One who are all considered to be pioneers in the respective genres.

Since then he has fronted live hip-hop alternative band Sweettoof which won Radio 1s unsigned act of the year in 2003 hosted DJ gigs with the likes of Shortee Blitz, Mr Thing and Matt Jam Lamont. In fact - Natty has performed at every venue imaginable from Glastonbury to the The Jazz Caf - from London to Moscow.

On top of all of this Natty is also an established DJ having got himself a job cleaning horse Sh*t literally at the age of 15 to buy himself his first set of decks mixing up RnB, Hip Hop and Drum and Bass at clubs such as Bagleys, Limelights, SE8 Club.. the list goes onThis led onto a stint on pirate radio Station Shocking FM playing out drumnbass and jungle.

One thing very important to Natty is paving the way for the next generation he can often be found of an afternoon on the back of a truck with a portable studio going round teaching local kids how to MC, sing, write and record this has now got support from some of Londons Borough Councils to develop it as a workshop scheme.

So while he makes the future brighter for those growing up around him you can rest assured that the future is also bright for Natty himself. The evidence speaks for itself.
