Glad to help

Is the perfect sound not spoiled by the close proximity of the band?
Depends on how close you stand to the stage

college starts after then, so i shall be an old man with my buss pass and i shall be able to attend!
-
what you mean, like they express more of the emotion or lack it?
I could agree with both because you can lack stuff like vibrato and other things in MIDI, but if the song is composed good enough then some times its portrayed in the note choice, other than how the notes are played.

what's your favourite midi file by akord?
I find Changing Tide amazing because of how accurate it is to the real thing. Got to love Martin for his accuracy there. EYSO sticks in my head cause i must of herd it at least 3 times a week from Arran at college. But my fave over all would have to be Another Way to win. Works well but even more amazing live!
What about your self?

what part seems unlikely? for me its near a perfect sound

Absolutely loving those guys to no end. Im never off youtube listening to their tunes, on Soundcloud listening to the MIDI files and always attending their gigs. I'm also the guy with the home made t-shirt with "Akord" on the front and the accordion on the back ;D

Just now currently i swapped my Digital Marshal half stack for a valve Marshal como. a JCM 600
Guitars are Epiphone SG 400, Spear Gladius with a EMG in the bridge and a floyd rose tremolo. I recently did up a Squire strat that i bought for 20. repainted it and all that and put a Noiseless Fender Telecaster pick up in the Neck and a Alcino 2 Classic in the Bridge. Sounds amazing!
i'll use of those guitars and go through a Boss Metal Core > Dunlop Cry Baby > Ernie Ball Volume Pedal (signal gets split into the tuner > Boss TU3 and ends there) and the other signal goes into a MXR MC401 and into the amp on the clean channel.
Currently i am looking for a switch to change between the channels, then maybe a delay and maybe a softer distortion

I must admit i love HMV for the odd deal you, like box sets from 100 down to half price or whatever, you could find that online but for people like me whole live 50 miles out of Aberdeen its hard to find the deal in the first place. I also totally that recently i've went in and there was nothing that i wanted to buy, except the Reservoir Dogs badges.
As for Waterstone's I've never been in the there and bought any thing, i do tend to buy my books online but CD's i do like a good rake One-UP!
