Hello,
The Minettes are looking to expand their sound
At the moment we are a new, female fronted, four piece Alternative Pop/Rock outfit in Aberdeen.

We are primarily looking for a keyboardist/synth player, but anyone willing to throw something else onto the table is more than welcome.
Very open minded when it comes to influences, but to name a few:
- Bruce Springsteen / Bob Dylan
- The Cure / Placebo / Smashing Pumpkins
- The Miracles / The Supremes
We aim to practice twice or at least once a week & plan to play many gigs in aberdeen & down the road in the near future.

calling all jive-jaguars with a radar to the scene. alright heres the deal, Aberdeen needs to stop lagging behind Glasgow and produce a decent indie-rock band. Im a lyricist/vocalist, fed up with the amount of directionless/unpolished crap that goes around and want to put together something creative and solid. Image is important, doesn't matter if you're ugly as long as you do it with style. so get in touch, Ive got some cool ideas and i don't bite.

Hey guys,
The acts are wanted for a twice monthly lesbian night @ club home.
The idea being that, the introduction of live acoustic acts would add a fresh innovative approach to the usual dance music centered gay/lesbian nights in Aberdeen. Thus cultivating a broader clientle. It is presumed female acts would generate more interest amongst the market, this night is targeted at.
