  1. It's in the regular T-Bird colour (non of this black or white shit!)

There is a chip on the bottom next to the volume pot but it's not very large. Currently in England but will be back in Scotland on the 21st, if anyone wants it let me know I should be able to sort out some photo's and get them sent to you.

Not going to put down a price, if you want it make an offer - if it sounds half good odd's are I'll take it (it really does need to be sold, space is at a premium!)

    John.

  2. Hey guy's. In Glasgow tonight and looking to go to a decent gig. Can anyone recomend a website like :Aberdeen-Music for glasgow?

Or if anyone knows any good punk gigs in the City Centre of the big G let me know!!

  3. I dont want to sell it but I would like to know how much people think a 1973 first edition pressing of Dark Side of the Moon is worth? I still have the poster and the stickers and it's been played about 10 times since 73.

I really dont want to sell it but i am very curious as to the value. It's the kind of thing I would hate to lose y'know, so I'm thinking of getting it insured.

  4. Hey, Bassist, frontman and drummer looking to form a king blues style ska punk band, gigging would be nice but the primary aim is to have fun :) We're moving to Glasgow in March so its just something cool on the side :)

No one too serious please :p We are all fairly immature and the main aim is to piss around and have a good time.

Myself (bass) and the singer are 20 and our drummer is a 15 year old stuck in a 26 year old body :p

Big influences are The King Blues (Obviously), Sublime, Pepper, Buck-O-Nine, Ska-P, Goldfinger, The Bosstones, RBF, Less Than Jake, Imperial Leisure, Rancid, NOFX and any other ska/punk band that can play fun music

  5. I Can't fucking wait, but I'm not going to be there for Less Than Jake!!!

I mean, they rock. Obviously. But the support act Pepper are the fucking shizznits. The Bee's Knee's, the Dog's Bollock's and the Wasp's Nipples's, that is to say they are proper 3 piece sublime style reggae/rock/ska, a middle class whitemans wet dream!!!

  6. My mate was meant to be comming to watch Scroobius pip play in shulu with me, he can't make it anymore cos its on the same day as Slipknot in glasgow so I have a spare pip ticket. Will sell it for face value to whom so ever is in need of it.

Edit: It's on the 8th of december I believe.

  7. I'm looking for over 100 for it, but I really dont know what the value is for Epiphones atm... All I know is that Gibson Europe is not set up yet (I say know... thats what Bruce Millers told me anyway! :p)

Edit: Just checked Ebay and they are going for about 170ish, I would take about 150 but would be open to negotiation  plus, no postage costs!

  8. Hey guy's, looking to sell my Epiphone T-Bird, love it to bits but I'm after something a bit different now, you know how it is... you go onto t'internet and suddenly see something new and shiney and then you spend money you don't have and then the debt collecters come and steal your children.

yadda yadda. Will post piccies as soon as I can.

Oh, it's missing an E & D string but I ordered a pack of 4 strings today so you'll have a spare A & G chucked into the mix too!

Finally :p it also has a chip on the bottom but it's pretty small and sure as marmosets is marmosets it doesn't affect playing.

Edit: I forgot to mention it comes with a ritter gig bag

Sorry for the piss poor quality of photo's but if you wanna arrange a meet in town to check it over then it is no problem for me.

  9. Hey guys, my band is after a drummer, as the title obviously indicates...

I'm not really sure how to classify the music we play but here is a list of influences:

Yeah Yeah Yeahs * The White Stripes * Pixies * Belle and Sebastian * Regina Spektor * Radiohead * Muse * Weezer * Anti-Flag * Fugazi * Sunny Day Real Estate

Its a bit of a mix as you can see, we have a recording up on our myspace (a bad one recorded with a phone) but the song isn't a good indication of the stuff we play. We have a couple of tracks written but we can't really progress without a drummer. My mate stood in for a practice session but he can't play full time due to the fact he has his own band :(

At the mo we are a 3 piece (hopefully 4 piece) band, Singer, Guitarist and myself on Bass. Anyhoo, cheers guys & gals

Oh, and our singer is female so its a slightly different sound.
