No Pasaran - Beautiful alternative-folk, intertwining lyrically romantic and honest, melancholic melodies. Think Bonnie 'Prince' Billy and King Creosote. MySpace.com - No Pasaran - Aberdeen, UK - Americana / Indie / Country - www.myspace.com/150655321

Ashley Park - Where comparisons can be drawn to the Beta Band and Elliott Smith, Ashley Park writes infectious chord progressions which make for melodically memorable folk-pop.

  4. Director: Dean Deblois Origin: Iceland Year: 2007

In July 2005, Sigur Rs left their homeland to tour their now iconic album Takk. A year later they returned, firmly established as one of the most influential bands on the planet, and immediately undertook a two-week free tour of Iceland. HEIMA, Icelandic for 'home' or homeland', is a stunning record of those two weeks featuring performances of songs from all four Sigur Rs albums, many radically re-worked, and two exclusive new numbers.
