Highlighting the worth of mountain music to all things rock: energy, dirt-punk rhythm and careening harmonies; whilst their tongues are firmly in their cheeks, they are supremely entertaining top rate musicians who will put on one of the best live shows you are ever likely to see!

Ed Tudor Pole & his band 'Ten Pole Tudor' enjoyed a number of UK Hit Singles early 80s, with their signature single being 'Swords Of A Thousand Men'. Ed was also briefly lead singer with The Sex Pistols after the departure of John Lydon and appeared in 'The Great RocknRoll Swindle' performing 'Who Killed Bambi'.
Ed is now enjoying playing more live shows with his 'One Man Band' and will bring a mix of punk, country and pure rock'n'roll to the Barn!

Hailing from Shetland, Jenna is undoubtedly one of the finest fiddle players ever to grace the traditional music scene. Laughing Girl released on Footstompin Records is the second solo album from Shetland Fiddler Jenna Reid, and promises to deliver the bright talents of one of Scotlands most prominent young musicians. Nominated as Best Instrumentalist at the 2007 Scots Trad Awards, her new release showcases music and song from Shetland and Scotland featuring Kevin Mackenzie, Bethany Reid, Duncan Lyall, James Thomson, Iain Sandilands and Martin ONeill. Since releasing her debut solo album With Silver & All in 2005 and being awarded Best Up and Coming Artist at the 2005 Scots Trad Music Awards. Jenna was invited by Aly Bain and Jerry Douglas to perform on the third series of the Transatlantic Sessions. The One Ensemble are a unique and curious quartet based in Glasgow, able to combine thrilling live playing with compositional elegance, shifting from hard-nosed rhythmic workouts to string miniatures, from wayward waltzes to open throated song. They will be performing two new pieces, including the Scottish première of Road, a recent commission from Berwick Film & Media Arts Festival, and in collaboration with Screen Bandita, who will be projecting Super 8 films and slides alongside the music, creating an imaginary journey through the past. The result will be a playful, surreal and poignant road trip where found faces and places flicker on the screen as they are brought to life, transporting us to lands far and near.
