  1. I quite liked both Kula Shaker albums too, when i was 16/17. In answer to the earler question, (is Jay Darlington part of this?) the answer is no. For those who don't know, he is the long haired chap seen to play keys with Oasis when they tour and record, and when Kula Shaker were at their height, he was the organist (right word? = organ player).

There's a wicked rumour on the interweb that the K-ShWAGs (Kula Shaker Wives and Girlfriends) don't actually get on... that may have been a contributing factor in JD's delcline to join his old band.

  2. Well, we have our next gig this coming Thursday, at the Glasgow Barfly supporting Alan McGhee's new signings The Mardous. We aint got no demo, as yet, with this only being our fourth gig ever. We've been likened to Doves, Suede, Coldplay, Pink Floyd. Give me a call if youre interested

    Cheers

    Jamie

  3. 'Call To Mind' are a Glasgow based Inverness band. Although only recently formed in March 2005, they've got gigs confirmed in Glasgow, Edinburgh, Dundee, Perth and Inverness. If anybody could help out with a gig or two in Aberdeen, then we could arrange something in Glasgow or Edinburgh perhaps.

Please drop me an email gunlodge@hotmail.com if interested. We play all our own origonal material, think Doves-Suede-Coldplayish and your heading in the right direction...
