  1. Didn't get Hondo as people didn't go to the Alexisonfire/Bled gig so why should I be offered a gig by the booking agent if people weren't up for AOF/Bled.

u not think you're maybe trying to put on too many of these 'bigger' gigs? there's just not a big enough 'alternative' gigging population in the 'deen to fill yer massive venue over and over is there really? you must lose out a lot - and as you said you dont get offered stuff again by the agent and then aberdeen gets looked upon as shit! ive only been in aberdeen since last year and the no crowd, no-atmosphere vibe ive encountered a few times really puts me off goin to gigs up here

  3. sorry but all that means nowt to me - you'll have to speak english

ive heard bands in there before (over the years) and it was never as loud. no need really, sort of puting me off going to your bar when there's bands on now

bands play to audiences of about 3 ppl cause ppl like you have lame excuses for not going to gigs, no?!?!?!?! its not goin to make bands feel better knowing that you 'would have bin there but....'

These amps are on par with the gear that most bands bring in, the 100W Marshall being a common choice. Although not hugely powerful, given that everything is mic'd up this works really well.

We purchased the backline primarily for our open mic night, but if anyone wants to use all or part it during a MOORINGS gig then they are welcome.

The bar already has it's own Premier drum kit with symbals, hats, snare, and pedal. I also bought a new set of skins for that.

See you at the open mic session on Sunday evenings 7pm onwards.

bit of an expense just to let a load of randoms use isn't it? i'd say get them to take their own....then you wouldn't be skint..
