White Noise
that guy shouldve been sackedWell' date=' he has been touring with Pennywise for years...
all i could here was white noiseI had earplugs in as my ears took a pounding at Graveheart the night before, and I can feel tinnitus creeping up on me. I thought the sound was banging, but admittedly when I took out the earplugs it did sound mostly like static
For those of you who missed the gig' date=' im sure you would be better going to one of his gigs in a different {better sounding} venue. [/quote']I think you'll find that that was exactly the sound they were aiming for so a different venue would have made bugger all difference.

The organisers are awaiting to hear from Moshulu on that one. I hope so too' date=' though, as without them it'll be a bit dissappointing.

do you do much audio / video work on linux?
I need to find the time to try and get some funky tunes done, but I don't have a spare box to put DeMuDi/etc onto and I hate compiling stuff from src. (I suspect that most of the apps you listed aren't available under Xandros) so its gonna be a while before I get anywhere :-(

Cathedral
Jeebus, Cathedral were incredibly crap!
HIM were pretty enjoyable once you could actually hear the vocals...
I knew I should have turned up later!

My most memorable gig at Dr Drakes in the Castlegate was some american band I can't remember the name of.
I do remember the lead singer swinging about a double bass and they finished with a cover of Hound Dog I think it was where he dropped his trousers and had his keys hanging from his prince albert.
Bizarre.

Yep, sent an email on the 8th and not had anything back. One of my cohorts also sent an email and PM and hasn't heard back (to my knowledge)
