HIFH, whilst never really striking a chord with me, are a good live band, and continue to drag themselves round the country independantly. Are a simple way for young kids to get into HxC (or whatever genre they are getting into). Many people will get into more underground, or unheard of stuff through bigger bands. We all do it to an extent I suppose.I just hate the fact people get ridiculed for liking popular music.Nothing worse than elitist bastards, which is the problem with some fans in the underground 'scene'. I don't watch it, it doesn't interest me in the slightest, i check out bands for myself via the internet. Seems to me you are lumping everyone together under one banner. I'm sure nearly everyone on this website also checks out bands for themselves on the internet. I know i certainly do.
