Weirzbowski
I have never been more pleased. Therapy? were gods and I said hi to them briefly and only slightly humiliated myself.I also inexplicably told the lead singer of Winnebago Deal that I'd seen a monster truck.God, I ought not to talk to people. psydoll
One of the gigs of the year. No question. On a side note we still await tales of Mark Lanegan - I forgot to ask you tonight...
psydoll
By the by - 'Screamager' remains up there with the likes of 'Place Your Hands', 'Nuclear Holiday', 'Nancy Boy' and 'Justboy' as one of those brilliant crowd-uniting songs after all this time as proved tonight! The Ghost Of Fudge
quite right. we used to cover 'screamager'. badly i imagine.lanegan was simply lovely. great sound, oliveri on rythym guitar, top drummer, etcthey played all the rocking ones off of bubblegum, a smattering of older tracks (no 'sunrise' though), auto-pilot and finished with gospel plow. i wet myself at that point.nicks support set was ramshackle but fun, some solo stuff, some Queens songs (ode to clarissa, woo!), etc. a man shouting expletives while hacking away at an acoustic guitar has never been so entertaining... Daniel
i was there, the mosh pit was pretty agressive with a minor fight kicking off between two middle age men, dragons opened the show the second the doors opened , had great time though.when i left i did see a monster truck zooming down union street. Jimmy Lucifer
'Twas an awesome night. "Potato Junkie", "Knives" and "Turn" got me moist. As did Winnebago Deal going from that instrumental tune straight into "Manhunt". I wept a shit, I truly did. Andy Cairns drunkenly kissing every single person within two yards of him at the end of Air Guitar was the perfect end to the evening. More gigs like this please Moshulu! God bless rock. Guest tv tanned
I didn't make this gig, unfortunately, due to a clash with a friend's birthday. Wish I had just gone now, but I saw them supporting the 'Hearts in Edinburgh so it wasn't quite so bad!Turned up for Air Guitar and boogied the night away though
Cloud
I only caught a little of this, but what I heard...let's just say that the sound was utterly, utterly spot on As I said to Rob, Moshulu really came into it's own last night as a venue for me. Neil
It was an awesome gig and I can't wait to get the photos developed that were taken during the post-gig piss-up at Moshulu. I think there will be at least a few of Mr Cairns in some compromising positions.

That was the best gig I've been to at Moshulu, Winnebago Deal were the fucking shit too, I was moistened by them and musically brought off by Therapy?, around the time they played 'Potato Junkie'. Awesome.
