HeinzHines
Hahahaha, i have a friend in Germany who is a big manowar fan (that should tell you their quality) they are funny though in a loud kinda way. about a million germans go to all their gigs, not my thing, but they cant be all that bad. Guest Scorge Spike
Helloween are alright, but I'd recommend Gamma Ray (Kai Hansen's subsequent project) instea - Land Of The Free and No World Order are two awesome albums.I am less keen on Manowar. I say you should check out Dragonforce instead - speed metal at it's finest.
Fast Caz
Both bands play quality metal with all the cheese required to get you by."HAIL AND KILL HAIL HAIL AND KILL"Manowar are obviously better
Tav
Helloween cover of Foucus "Hocus Pocus" is some top notch shiznae!
Doc Ascension
i saw no to Manowar, FAR too cheesey - not heavy enough and speedy enough for me!! Kinda like Bon Jovi Metal lol...Helloween are awesome (on Keeper of the Seven Keys PT.II anyway) <-- get that album NOW.Gamma Ray are much better... real power metal there, No World Order is a great place to start but also as Scorge said you can'[t go Wrong with most of the stuff on Land of the Free.Dragonforce, a league of their own. If you don't know these guys - get Sonic Firestorm, then Valley of the Damned and thank us.If you do know them and missed them in Glasgow... tut tut tut!! It was awesome (tough luck Steveo HAHAHAHA)
friendlybikerdude
Ok cool. I have been offered much info on what's apparently cool music. Will check out all these bands, I'm fairly into cheesey stuff, if maiden are chessy. Actually, what does chessy mean oin this context? Cliched? As in leather, mullets, 'satanic' lyrics, screaming vocals and crazy guitar solos?
Doc Ascension
Well kinda cheesey in the guitar riffs and synths and lyrics really! Keeper of the Seven Keys pt.II is the only album of there's I'd buy though...
