Line Up:-
Kathryn Joseph (Solo) (Rock Action) (2015 Scottish Album of The Year Winner)
Steven Milne (Solo) (The Little Kicks)

KATHRYN JOSEPH
Kathryn is returning to play an IMP show for the fifteenth or sixteenth time since her first one in early 2004; that first show caused the writer of this description to have the hairs on the back of his neck stand to attention during the sound-check. Since then having seen Kathryn play solo many times or with Outlines, or the Kate Bush night at HM Theatre or the Theatre Cryptic solo shows, the result is always the same WoW, She has toured opening for Mogwai, The Twilight Sad and was personally chosen by Robert Smith to open The Cure’s, 40th Anniversary outdoor event in July 2018. Kathryn is a unique talent and she is unlike anybody else who is playing music in 2019/20. Without a massive promotion budget, she has amassed fantastic support from many DJ’s BBC Radio 6 Music and likewise BBC Radio Scotland. Go see her live and see what the fuss is about.

STEVEN MILNE
We are delighted to have Steven Milne open this show, Solo shows for Steven are a rarity and IMP are delighted to have him play one of our shows again. Steven’s song writing over the last few years has improved with maturity. Always blessed with a tender voice he is becoming a force not only the Aberdeen but the Scottish music scene. Steven intends playing the grand piano in the Cowdray Hall, plus some guitar
