KarmaTsunami
Hi there. Have a Nintendo 64 lying around gathering dust? I'm looking to buy one! I'd rather not pay shipping fees on ebay, so I'm trying my hand locally. Alternatively, if you think of anywhere that might sell them let me know! I've yet to check Cash Converters because I'm lazy! Thanks!
Paranoid Android
I might (and I really have to stress the might) have one lying around at my mum's which I could let go of. I definitely used to have one however my mum moved house a couple of years ago and some of my stuff did get chucked. I will be back in Aberdeen in about 3 weeks and can look then. So if you haven't tracked on down by then send me a pm to remind me. Anyway I'm pretty sure my mum wants to stop being used as storage space for things I haven't considered important enough to want at all in the last 5+ years. Lemonade
I have one I'd be willing to part with. 4 controllers and a few games with it. It's at a mates mums house though and I'm not sure how much of a pest it would be for him to dig it all out and meet you somewhere since he doesn't drive. I can ask him though. Paranoid Android
I wonder just exactly how many N64s there are at mums' houses around the country.
KarmaTsunami
Thanks guys! How much would you be looking for for it? Lucky, do you know which cables/controllers you have? I'm willing to part with more money if either bundle comes with a Zelda game. It's a present for someone.
Lemonade
Mine has all the cables and controllers, and AFAIK it all works, or at least it did when I last tried it. It isn't really suitable for a present though, whoever had it before me covered it in these crappy paper Zelda stickers that are all peeling and curled up. It's ugly as fuck tbh. No Zelda games. Goldeneye, Perfect Dark, Wrestlemania 2000, Mario Kart 64, I think that's it. I'm really not looking for much for it. If you want it, take it, make sure it all works and if it does you can send me the price of a few pints. Paranoid Android
If the Zelda game is so important then that could be a plus! (depending exactly on how shitty the stickers have become)
KarmaTsunami
The Zelda game is fairly important, but I can get that separately. Lucky, I will take it and can paypal you some dough if it all works.
The Milner
You can get Zelda on the cube if your just desperate for that game.....
KarmaTsunami
I don't think Majora's Mask was ever released on anything but N64.

fatboy
NB: you need the RAM expansion pack to play majoras mask on the n64 I like the idea of playing on game cube as you can get a game that pretty much has all zelda games upto that point. plus ocarina of time is a master quest edition with added extras. Only downside is I like playing N64 Zelda games on an N64 controller
KarmaTsunami
Ooh, thanks for that. Lucky, don't suppose yours comes with that? Or will it be a case of your mate checking? If not I'll have to pick it up on ebay as well.
Lemonade
Mine doesn't. I thought he would have been in touch by now. I'll give him a shout.
WizardsLeave
I don't think Majora's Mask was ever released on anything but N64.MM was released as part of the Zelda: Collector's Edition for Gamecube.
KarmaTsunami
Which would also be great if I had a gamecube, but thanks for this! In case anyone is still reading this, I got all the parts and now have a VERY happy girlfriend who spent the whole evening playing the game and I imagine will spend all weekend doing the same. keeno
The original Nintendo wii consoles can play gamecube games. You may have one of them! The newer versions removed the ports for the gamecube controllers though.
