Not sure if I want it back as really I got treated like shit by them. If I want it back I have to "show respect" to my boss but really respect has to be earned I feel and aslong as I get shouted at for nothing I will say something back. Just because you're a younger person doesn't mean you should be subjected to unfair dismissal. It sounds like the working conditions there could be under-par in terms of adhering to regulations and such so think about it and see if there's a course of action to take.
