I usually do a sensible one of 6 or 7 results, and a silly one of about 20. 50p each. They add up! I was once 2 results (out of 24) off a massive accumulator which would have won half a million. Betting on sporting events is illegal except (I think) at race tracks (otherwise what would be the point?) and certain other situations. Lottery and scratchcards are somehow legal (probably because it exploits the poor). It's fairly relaxed in terms of the law clamping down on bookies - you can find one pretty easily and bet on anything you want but it's certainly not legit.What that essentially means is I can't put an acca on on a saturday and I have to travel miles to find the nearest puggy.
