framheim Posted August 29, 2004 Report Share Posted August 29, 2004 thanks a lot to everyone who came out and paid tribute at the last ever valhella last night. it was a glorious night. thanks to unholy vomitus for being there and playing a truly unholy set that was totally brilliant. the only complaint i've got about the night was the assholes asking for slayer when we were having our 'moment' with the last ever valhella song. and some kids asking us to play some heavy metal and trying to tell me and our friend craig that kyuss weren't heavy. sheesh. other than that it was fucking great fun! good crowd and everyone seemed to be loving it. big thanks to drakes for letting us run a night that was consistently empty for almost a year but was always great fun to do. still can't figure out how we got away with it to be honest, or how we ended up running the heaviest night aberdeen's ever seen!
