the_beastly_one
I heard the riff for Superheroes in Total Guitar last month and I was impressed. Was wondering if anyone had any recommendations on which album would be best to buy/ song(s) to download. Thanks!
Dayeth
I'm not sure, but Paul Gilbert is hilarious.
the_beastly_one
Come on! Someone must know about this. It's been here all day and I've only had one response that doesn't answer the question (as enlightening as it was- thanks Dayeth). Help! Dayeth
My mate has an album of theirs called "Technical Difficulties" which I believe is very much for the guitar players. Aparently it is fairly good.Thats the best I can offer!Paul Gilbert still cracks me up, his instructional videos are just so entertaining. the_beastly_one
All tuitional videos/CD's etc are great, even if they aren't intending to be funny. It's like the first time they show you the riff, you're like "woo, I can play this, I might do well here!", and then it comes......"then we just speed it up a little...." *makes high pitched 100 note a second twiddly noise* "......Jesus fuck." the_beastly_one
Too late now anyway, I've ordered the Superheroes album. Thanks though, if I like that one, I'll probably maie your recommendation next on the list. They cost so fucking much though- damn imports.
