Seriously though, did I read correctly and someone seemed to suggest that a small, relatively new independent local label should be adopting a business model that can work for a huge long running record label? Surely anyone with a brain would realise that these things can take years to develop, if it ever even gets to that level....

fuck/oops. sorry. looks like adam's got it in hand tho!

and yeah let's not dig it up but the label was basically being called a joke because it doesn't pump our 'profits' into 'artist development' etc.
