Lemonade
Can't find a snapshot, but the scene of the botched execution in The Green Mile stuck with me for a long long time.

Moose
Not a movie, but the concentration camp scene/episode from Band of Brothers is probably the most moving thing I've ever watched. Particularly when this prisoner describes why they are there to the soldiers. Some of the best acting, direction and filming.

This guy is telling a story about his dream and he keeps dipping in and out of terror and happiness. You see him go behind the restaurant he's in and why he's so scared.
