Soda Jerk
RIP. The Guv'nor, and the Father of Loud.Anyone who plays guitar has most definitely put their guitar through a Marshall amplifier at some point or another. I'd be surprised if you haven't. I used to love my DSL50 to death. I even used to love my Valevstate50, as it was my first amp that I owned which was worthy of gigging. By worthy, I mean "probably loud enough".Iconic and innovative, even if the new crop of Marshall's are a bit guff, but that's probably not his fault. scottyboy
Took me a day to notice this. The JCM800 is my favourite amp tone-wise and the only valve amp I've owned.
