Adam Easy Wishes
When your so satisfied with your own DIY efforts that you would rather spend the night staring at your new, clean, nice looking bathroom than watch TV.Are you decent at DIY/plumbing/bathroom fitting? We desperately need to get rid of the pastel pink tiles and grey suite in our bathroom...
The Milner
Decent would be an overstatement, it took me most of the weekend just to do a bit of re-sealing, touching up the paint and glue a new shower head onto the wall!! hahaha
Adam Easy Wishes
Haha fair enough. I managed to put a hook in the wall this weekend.

The Milner
Phil me and you could be like the two gays guys on TV, go around doing folks houses up in ways they hate and then laugh as we leave. If you were game for picking me up in the morning, id come working with you.
Flights
Bit of an add-on to my current 6 minute commute to be honest. Would be banter though.Realising you actually have a job and shit makes me feel old.
The Milner
Ken we could have a lot of banter! Is your work actually looking? Whats rent prices out by yours? I'm seriously considering a change of job anyway.
Flights
Nah my work isn't at the moment. Rent isnt too bad. Country living can be a bit of a bummer sometimes though!
The Milner
Gutted, we could have rented a lads pad and everything! Our two man band could have came together so much quicker that way!
Lemonade
I did Comal as well.At college I did COBOL and PASCAL.In 15 years of IT, I've never met any of those again.I think I used PASCAL in Higher Computing, which I failed so badly I didn't even get an "F" on my results, I got a "#".16 years later I'm an aberdeen-music moderator.

Chris
I think I used PASCAL in Higher Computing, which I failed so badly I didn't even get an "F" on my results, I got a "#".16 years later I'm an aberdeen-music moderator. I did 5 years of PASCAL (standard grade, higher then two more fucking years of it at college before I finally got to do something more up to date at uni).I honestly have no idea why that shit was still being taught in the 90s. Schools can be excused I guess but the college was supposed to be training people to go into the workplace yet the most advanced they got for most of the time was TurboPASCAL! MattJimF
I got visual basic in my second year of college, after getting pascal in my first year. If I stayed for a third year I would have got Delphi.

If I stayed for a third year I would have got Delphi.Yeah we did bits of Delphi and VB (mostly the VB was just for Office macros). Think we even did a teeny tiny bit of Java in 2nd year which after two years of Pascal no-one could fucking understand as they failed to explain the difference between procedural and OO programming.Anyway that was 14 years ago (!!) so I'd hope they're a bit more up to date now.
