Old Gold
I've been playing The Line. From the maker of 2046. https://itunes.apple.com/gb/app/the-line/id880338977?mt=8Nope, can't go through that again.
James Broonbreed
Mass effect 2 & 3 are ace. I finished them super quick as I was off work and it was better than going outside. I went back to play 1 afterwards but didn't get into it as much, obviously. It's still worth playing through the whole saga though. 3 really is amazing. Teabags
Hmmm. Sounds like somethign I should pick up then. Also, I'm moving flat so won't have internet for a couple weeks. Ideal.FA'S GIVING ME THEIR COPIES?!!?!?!
colb
Hearthstone single player update - seems ok, a bit stuck on the 2nd boss.
Old Gold
I've spent pretty much the entirety of the last week offshore playing Hearthstone and I'm still shite.
colb
Yeah - I don't have much of a clue about deck building and i've spent no money on it so I don't have any premium cards. Tons of cheap taunts and then charge fuckers to death is my strategy!!
Teabags
Battleblock Theater, which is okay.NHL 13, everyone else scores shite goals that they only get for using teams with super-stats and the game gives hem the advantage cos they're a shtie rank and I'm not. OBVZ. CS:GO, finally got the Ace! for killing every player on the enemy team during a competitive match. I rule.LA Noire, Ace facial animations. VEry linear though. I keep noticing it's time I went to bed cos I start crashing into every car and lampost while driving about half asleep.
Teabags
Oh, and started playing Gotham City Imposters on Xbox 360, cos it was free. And I don't know how the fuck I ever playeed shooters with a controller. I might start playing it on PC where it may actually be fun. Chris
I picked up Sniper Elite 3 the other week. Little bit simplistic by today's massive standards but it's a fun game. Shooting Nazi's in the face/kidneys/gonads doesn't get old really.

Shooting Nazi's in the face/kidneys/gonads doesn't get old really. Its meant to be really good! I'm looking forward to getting it in a steam sale. I'm just playing DOTA2/League of Legends and Hearthstone still!
colb
X-Com on iPad - graphics are only ok but the gameplay is as good as the console versions
James Broonbreed
I don't think the game play's really changed since UFO: enemy unknow in '94. Good games like.
Teabags
N v2.0 - I've somehow convinced myself I'm going to finish every level by the end of this year. This game is a solid cunt. Feels awesome when i finally finished a "block" of levels though. Edited August 11, 2014 by Teabags
Teabags
Dishonored is free on Games for Gold, so playing that. Really fucking good so far. Can already tell I'll be replaying alot of the missions again.
Chris
Really enjoyed Dishonoured. Think Dave still has my copy so might have to get it back from him and play it again.
James Broonbreed
One of the best games I've played for replayability. I only played it once like but would definitely have played it again had I not traded it in. To reiterate; really fuckin' good game, ken? Chris
Bought Destiny, spent 3 hours trying to install it on my 360 and gave up. Figure it must be a duff disc but very frustrating. Just kept resetting to 0% and then when I tried a different method of installing it said it couldn't read the disc.
The Kernel Loaf
Saints Row IV on PC. Loved Saints Row 3, but in this game there's no point driving about because you can run up buildings and jump really far. Noticed a cheeky wee reference to Day of the Tentacle: http://steamcommunity.com/id/russianguyovich/screenshots/?appid=206420 I've also got Dark Souls working with some mods, but the keyboard and mouse controls are utter shite. Tried using a PS2 controller but it only recognises either the analog stick or the D-Pad individually (meaning you can't move and select items at the same time), so I'll need to get an Xbox controller for it. Installed first time with no problems. Really enjoying the game. The story missions are a lot of fun and interactions with other players are firmly on an "if you want to" basis, it's not forced at all. Even found a football in the tower to kick around. It doesn't feel like an MMO, it feels like an FPS that everyone just happens to be playing at the same time. Anyway, ignore what the forums are saying, pick it up and try it if you like action FPS games / Halo and you'll have a lot of fun.

I've only got to level 8 I think but I found the Strike missions (that might be what they're called, I haven't played since last week) painfully long. Like the "boss" fight so to speak are just really dragged out. Not difficult mechanics or anything it just takes ages to kill them? Still it's pretty good. Lemonade
I really need to pick up Batman Arkham Origins. I loved the first game so much I played through it three times which is a first for me. I completed the second one too, though I didn't like it as much. It didn't have the same creepy, claustrophobic vibe, and the enemies were unfairly hard I thought. Still good though.

I've not done one yet. I'm up to level 8 as well now and have just really enjoyed being able to jump in and do a mission, play a few rounds in the crucible or just fire into a patrol and wander round picking up missions. All of those I find can be done (so far) in 20 - 40 mins making it perfect for me as I don't often get to spend hours at a time gaming. The Milner
All i've heard about Destiny is it plays really well, but gets very repetitive quickly. Can be completed in something like 10 hours.Might pick it up at some point.
