framheim
Its the first time i have agreed with anything Cameron has said or done, well done to him for not just bending over and taking it. I hate the Conservatives, but hats off to them on this occasion, for once they have done the right thing imo.why was it the right thing? Teabags
for some reason the only answer I can think of for this is "Colin Farrell in Phone Booth". But that's completely wrong.
The Milner
why was it the right thing?Because i think it is. We really should take it to another thread if we want it to be discussed fully, but i stand by what i said.

Moose
Alright, no need to break into an awards speech.I don't understand what you mean? I'm just trying to pay a fitting tribute to my beautiful family. My wonderful wife and my two wee girls. If you don't like it, then fine, but don't you dare disrespect them like that though.
Surfer_Rosa
It's all good and well debating about David Cameron and the Eurozone, but I think you're missing the main issue here: Plinth also put KEITH FUCKING LEMON as person of the year.

Scorge
David Cameron is the obvious choice. To come through the year he's had and the trials and tribulations of coalition government and still be ahead in the polls is a remarkable achievement. He did exactly the right thing in using our veto. I don't think it's a case of pandering to Conservative MPs at all. They're elected to represent the views of British people and to protect their interests, David Cameron was wise to listen to them rather than to people elected to represent the views and interests of other countries.Hands up who didn't see this vomit-inducing pile of lip service coming? Thought so.
