1x12 cab recommendations?

I get a nice pay bonus at the start of next month so will probably get a new portable amp and cab. I'd love a 2x12, but not sure I have the space and it would probably be unusable since my neighbours complain about a creaky floorboard. The winding staircase up to my flat is already a deathtrap so don't fancy lugging a 20+kg cab up and down it.

Will be used for heavier music primarily but I am looking to branch out a bit so something with a tight low end would be good but also sound half decent with cleaner tones without the need to change the speaker. Budget is likely to be around £150. The one that is recommended on another forum I used is this -> http://www.dv247.com/guitars/mesa-boogie-1x12-thiele-guitar-speaker-cabinet--66289

Way out of my price range though!

The one that seems like a winner so far is http://www.jetcityamplification.com/2010/11/08/jca12xs/ due to the size and portability. I can also get one brand new for around £100 Any others in this price range that meet the criteria or are there any reasonably small/light 2x12 cabs around? Been recommended this as a good budget cab due to the v30's http://www.thomann.de/gb/harley_benton_g212_vintage.htm but 25kg is excessive.

The Orange PPC112 is closed back (so should be good for tight bass response) and it comes with a Celestion V30. I haven't seen many other V30 loaded 112s below £200. That Harley Benton one has tempted me a few times now. Just can't help but be a tad suspect of the build quality at that price!

I've got the above Orange 1x12 and it does indeed sound very good. Built like a tank too.

I really wanted the one that was advertised on here that you snapped up a few months back. Consequently I can't bring myself to buy one unless I find a similarly good deal. YOU SNOOZE YOU LOSE.
