Pierre Von Mondragon
Saw someone in one of your T Shirts in West End Glasgow last week, resisted urge to collar poor unsuspecting person and ask if they are on AbMus. Enjoyed that mix.

ca_gere
You say you've 'secured' digital distribution. What does that actually mean? They get a percentage of each download I presume? Do they do anything to promote the label?

They get a percentage of each download I presume? Do they do anything to promote the label?Juno and ourselves have signed a joint contract which stipulates the Ts & Cs of them selling our music on their store - the money from each sale is split between them, us and artist royalties.Juno also considers all releases for features and so forth but exclusive releases are generally considered first so fingers crossed this will bring us some more exposure too. Guest Tam o' Shantie
I was thinking it was like, total distribution across iTunes and the like but that'd be far from exclusive. Hmm..Nope, you can pay for that sort of thing but we were looking for a bit more from a deal than simply 'available on iTunes' as our vinyl is already available on the Bandcamp page if people want to purchase online. A site like Junodownload which is favoured by DJs and so forth who are more likely to be 'browsing' is what we were looking for.

Well done, by the way!

Spoonie
Subcity's a pretty good provision and he's done a tonne of design work through the SRC too over the years, so I can see why he hangs around!
