Over the years, he has created his own distinct twist on the Trouble & Bass sound and now combines his love of Rockabilly with his own take on bass-driven music.He has remixed the likes of Armand Van Helden, Little Boots, Robyn, Moby, Rex the Dog, Dan le Sac vs Scroobius Pip and Buraka Som Sistema as well as consistently releasing tracks on imprints like Tiger Bass, Institubes as Curses!, and of course T&B.Last year his highly acclaimed FabricLive CD dropped with an array of rockabilly, mixed with bass ridden tracks from L-Vis 1990, Foamo, French Fries and AC Slater.Lucas debut album is out later this year on Ultra Recordings and the first single from that album Hot as Hell is already a cool kid classic. /////- dot to dot -Every month at Snafu dot to dot will release a Friday night schedule hosting Europes best labels, showcases and party collectives on our Funktion1 stage. He also joined us in Perth alongside friend Hostage and Scotlands very own Clouds.Kye first came to our attention with releases like Moving It over Here, Everything Cool, Rockerman, as well as remixes of Franz Ferdinand, Mystery Jets, Man Like Me and La Roux. Last year Foamo had a list of hits including the huge tune Superman with Lee Mortimer and his remix of Diplo & Laidback Lukes Hey! As well as remixes for Drop the Lime and Major Lazer he has also produced some big tunes like Centavo, Generate Some Heat and more recently Celestrial.The 23 year old, already hold a residency with Chew the Fat! in London as well as playing their parties in Ibiza with We Love... Space.
