Riton aka Henry Smithson is hailed as one of the UKs brightest talents. Whether its his pulsating DJ sets, genre crashing team ups (Gucci Soundsystem, Die Verboten) or the multitude of original productions and remixes under his belt, Riton has gathered accolades from every corner.

Knowing no boundaries, his enchanting remix touch has breathed 4/4 life into artists as diverse as The Mystery Jets to Robbie Williams.

He was first signed to Manchester label Grand Central which spawned the debut album Beats du Jour, and its follow up, Homies and Homos.

Not content with providing the soundtrack to the nations nights out, 2008 release Eine Kleine Nacht Musik was a more down tempo homage to his Krautrock influences, aptly showcasing another side to Ritons prolific musical creativity.

The second half of 2009 saw another stunning collaboration, this time with Primary 1 on Whos There (released on Erol Alkans Phantasy Sound label), and a slew of incredible remixes - with his take on Kid Sisters Right Hand Hi causing chaos in clubs.

As if there wasnt enough strings in Ritons musical bow, most recently, hes partnered up with Ed Bangers Dj Medhi, to form the house music-focused Carte Blanche - All in all, ensuring that his name continues to be on the nations lips, garnering new fans from all sides of the musical spectrum.

This is Ritons second appearance at Snafu, and after smashing it uplast time, we cant wait to hear what hes got in store.
