Go wash your mouth out with soap dont you ever compare me to that benefit leeching scum.

Besides Dow is too proud to hide behind a screen name also he is registered to this forum under name Peter Dow.

I am really close to revealing my identity but I am afraid that if I do I may lose my dignity.

I will tell you this though you will be shocked.

Will you not get lynched by the Magician's circle?

In my mind you're Peter Dow until proven otherwise.

Whatever happened to Roger? He vanished off the face of the earth a few years ago and no-one I know has seen or heard from him since. Apparently he moved to Dundee, but the trail went cold...

The trail went cold... Lol. Yeah, your guess is as good as mine but I have this lingering sense of fear he's gonna pop up again when I least expect it. For a brief period when I was at uni, almost everyone I met had a roger story.

2012 was a flyer! Got the PhD, lost two stone with running and have now switched to strength and fitness, cut out a lot of bad eating habits and decided to travel more.

So, in 2013 I've already visited Iceland and joined a new gym since it's cheap as chips for staff to use the Aberdeen Sports Village. Here are my goals for the year:

Visit a few new places, Europe or otherwise. This also works into the awesome adventure times with my girlfriend plan.

I'm only deadlifting 25kg, I'd like to double that by July. Likewise my bench press, shoulder press and dumbell row weights.

Build my upper body strength to the point where I can do 20 proper push-ups in a row without dying. Currently? I can do one.

Keep on top of things money-wise when I FINALLY move out of my parents at the end of this month. Strict shopping lists and budgets to this end.

Cut out the last of my bad eating habits, work towards eating a fully paleo diet again and this time vary what I eat more to stop myself getting ill.
