Raised on a diet of local acts such as Reuben, Hundred Reasons, Meet Me In St Louis and Million Dead, their influence (along with inspiration from many bands further afield such as At The Drive-In and Refused) has clearly rubbed off on the threesome, helping meld them into one of the UK's most energetic and interesting new bands.'Rammin' It Home', the bands first official release, is a 6 track EP recorded by Gordon Mills (Newton Faulkner, The Bluetones) and is set to be unleashed via Big Scary Monsters Records 'Three-headed beast from Frimley/London/Brighton who take their name from a Hella album title, but sound more like an assault from Shellac and McLusky round the back of a bus stop.'John Kennedy's pick of the month, Dazed and Confused. Some real killer riffs being mixed in the full throttle high energy rock.Neil Richardson, Room Thirteen.Speaky Art Brut-esque bits. Rough, sloppy arrogance in the vein of Shooting At Unarmed Men. Dark, quickpaced riffs that would sound at home with yourcodenameis:miloand the edge that Biffy Clyro had back before they became everyones favourite band and you have Hold Your Horse Is.Stephen McLeod, Artrocker._______________MOJO FURY are a hidden gem that we've unearthed from Northern Ireland, but one that we fully expect to be on many people's lips in 2011. Mojo Fury are just what you want from a modern rock band - riffs galore, vocal hooks to the brim, great songwriting, a rhythm section that motors it down all the right paths, their feet dipped in the alternative side of "popular" rock music currently being rattled across by the likes of Pulled Apart By Horses and Future of the Left. The band have received radio play from Radio 1 and XFM, and press from the likes of Artrocker, Rock Sound and Total Guitar. Second single 'Colour of the Bear' will be released in February 2011."A two minute ball-buster that is reminiscent of McLusky's jams (ie, angry men making indie punk)"- Total Guitar Magazine"The Mann makes for a catchy first single steeped in QOTSA-style hooks and howling vocals"- Big Cheese Magazine"They seem to use an arsenal of supersized riffs and big mamma drums to create heavyweight rock with ideas - think Rage Against the Machine gone slightly more UK hardcore."- Artrocker.tv
