MOGWAI @ The Music Hall - Saturday 29th January - 7.30pm

Recommended Posts

If this sells out before I get paid mid November I'm going to be so gutted. Last time I saw them was the Corn Exchange gig with Errors and Fuck Buttons. Hopefully support will be equally brilliant this time round.

Good stuff. I read the other thread - how long exactly has it been since they last played Aberdeen?

They last played the Lemon Tree on 26th August 1998

Well done to everyone who has contributed to making this happen.

I really, really hope it goes well!

Already mentioned to Steven that they should think about closing the downstairs bar, at least during the performance.

They did that for the Jim Jeffries comedy gig last year and it worked really well. I'd fully support this decision.

I was there. Pretty sure it was the first gig I ever attended at the Lemon Tree. As I remember it I thought them impressive for 5 minutes and then became incredibly bored (my brother had got me a ticket).

I suggested we held off announcing support as they play here in a week or so but it turns out they are listed everywhere else so no point in keeping it back i guess!

Hope you all come to Remember Remember too - its going to be ace!
