Curators - Is This A Private Fight?

Hey folks,

Our album is finally coming out, courtesy of Edinburgh's Anti-Manifesto. Hurray!

We are having a launch night this Saturday 16th October at Henry's in Edinburgh (if any of you expats want to come along, that'd be lovely), and it will be available on iTunes, Spotify, Amazon, Play.com etc from the 16th too.

The video for State of Grace and various other things are up on Curators on MySpace Music - Free Streaming MP3s, Pictures & Music Downloads and the Facebook page, and you can have a gander at a new song recorded live in Glasgow at:

It's 7 to 10 at Henry's.

For only four of the Queen's pounds, you can experience the wonder of Edinburgh's premier loop instrumental dance floor fillers Lady North, Aberdeen's own spiky popsters Marionettes and then some bunch of old men called Curators promoting something called "an album".

Also, we can talk about $huttr$pd.

Cheers!

We were on Vic's show again on Monday night (BBC iPlayer - Vic Galloway: 25/10/2010), we're in The Courier (oh yes, childhood memories) this week and apparently St Johnstone are coming out of the tunnel to Tonight at McDiarmid this evening. That's what happens when your drummer is a Saintee. Stadium rock!

Hasn't done them much good so far, has it? :p

Sadly, we are losing our bassist Pete to the Navy. I know, the fucking Navy! I blame Trident.

Anyway, we're now on the hunt for our very own Jason Newstead. I know a few of you are based in Edinburgh, so here's the blurb we plastered on Facebeook:

"Ok guys, the sad news is that we are losing Pete to the Navy. The good news is that we're not going to split up, we're going to look for a new bassist! Now, Pete's are pretty big trainers to fill, but we are looking for someone with experience, ideally who can sing, who isn't annoying and, CRUCIALLY, who hates slap bass.

Drop us a line at curatorsmusic@gmail.com if you fancy your chances!"
