Lemonade
The scary thing is, people will actually trip over each other to do it as well. These kind of bands seem to attract obsessive young fans, like those guys that get 13 year old girls to flash their pre-pubescent minge on stage to win a kiss from the singer. Chris
There was an article about this kind of thing on the BBC site earlier in the week:BBC News - Music fans buy a slice of stars
Lemonade
Dross? The comments on that link are hilarious/horrific.Brokencyde. I just looked them up on Wikipedia. It was funny.Brokencyde has been universally panned by critics. Metal Edge magazine has called Brokencyde "fucking horrendous".[14] "Thrash Magazine" has called them "a mockery to the world of music". Cracked.com contributor Michael Swaim said the band sounded like "a Slipknot-Cher duet".[15] [16] British commentator Warren Ellis calls Brokencyde's "FreaXXX" music video "a near-perfect snapshot of everything thats shit about this point in the culture".[17]
Moose
I wonder if there is any way I can get in contact with them to tell themm how much I hate them. What a hopeless bunch of wankers. It pains me that they've probably made a decent chunk of money from this bullshit.
Guest idol_wild
We should all contribute a small amount of money to hire them, and when they arrive at my house to play some XBox, you can all creep out of my airing cupboard and lay the absolute fuck out of them.30 to batter The Blackout. In my own home. I've never heard of them, but it sounds like a lot of fun.
Chris
Isn't the 30 just to add them to xbox live so you can play them online? Seems like if it was to actually come to your house they'd want to cash in a bit more and cover their travel costs. Unless it was play xbox with them if they just happen to be nearby and are a bit bored.
Woodsinho
30 to play on xbox live with them but they won't talk to you, that costs extra.

Love, The Blackout"...
Soda Jerk
Paying to sell their merch ace. That'lkl beat the recession, paying to do a days work instead of getting paid. How much do I have to pay to punch them all in the back of the head? Oh what a surprise. There's no item on the list for that. Pansies.

Oedo 808
For years bands have been letting girls suck their dicks for free but this idea writ large could be the start of something beautiful. I'm away to edit my myspace page.
