Laminated flooring throughout the living areas, and built-in wardrobes in the bedrooms. We've got Sky TV and Broadband hooked up, and gas/electricity bills are very reasonable.The area's quite quiet as the block is set back from the road, and has private parking.350pcm plus bills.Room would be available at the end of next month.
