kingofdeon
I agree. I think Steven is def one of the best, if not thee best in town. Cant wait for the album either. Lot of good singer/sonwriters right now about the town. JJ, Myke Black...

Shaki
Excuse my ignorance - who's Myke Black? He's a bloke I saw covering Paulo Nuttini and the likes at Soprano's Restaurant. I assume he does his own stuff too! Good voice on him anyway. I like Milne's solo stuff Look forward to the album.
Christy
Excuse my ignorance - who's Myke Black?Heard one of his tracks on Facebook and it made me want to cut my own face off. Affected Scottish accent, 'heartfelt' lyrics, standard folk-emo backing. So fucking soulless, which is the exact opposite of what he seems to be going for.Apologies for offense caused etc etc, just my opinion. JJ 10 Easy Wishes
Myke Black is awesome. His own songs are affa nice, especially on record. He's also a human jukebox!Steven's solo stuff is absolutely amazing btw, having heard the album I can assure you that it is one of the best things you'll hear this year

The59Sound
Steven, did that song 'Change' you played at the Mambos gig ever find a home? That was a belter.
Guest Gladstone
I can't stop listening to the song Saturdays. It's a richt good tune, like, min.It reminds me of being young and stupid, and going out and getting pished with a young and stupid Steven Milne when we were students. One night in particular when Steven stole a portable phone from a drinking establishment. Just the handset, so it was completely useless to anyone. He's playing at 3pm at One Up the morn apparently, anyone in town, should nip along. I'll be being all rock and roll and stuff and laying slabs, so won't make it unfortunately!
