OK since y'all obviously of great sense and discerning taste thought you might like this ad better if it was sexed up a bit. For those who like pictures better there's l'il deville in the gallery.

This is the classic USA-made model of this valve tone amp/combo (does it sound any better than a far-eastern copy? - listen to it and you tell me...) recently re-valved (with authentic groove tubes no less and bias reset) and still driving the original twin 12" Fender Eminence speakers (again better than Celestions or not? listen for yourself and decide) with spring reverb, presence, usual treble, mid and bass controls.

Behind the chrome panel and chicken-head knobs this is a very flexible amp - clean and/or bright or driven mental at the touch of a footswitch. Very loud although it only goes up to 10 it will gig at 2 to 3 and has the guts to blow stacks off the stage heck it will blow actual poo off a blanket. Yes it is also very heavy but very, very good - throwing in a soft cover (actually for a blues deluxe) and copy of the user manual - asking for around 450

deville

The DeVille series are the wrold's most-hired amps.

Touring bands go for them for their big clean at mid vol, hot drive at full tilt and ultimate pedal friendliness.

If you are in a band with a Marshall stack, this will keep up and cut across the mix most sweetly.

They are a big step up from the deluxe - deliver well more than the 100 dif.

Next step down from a Twin...

...'n way easyliftier
